our idea is to open the hotel hacklabs at 18:00, and close them by, say, breakfast time. the UTFPR campus closes down at 23:00, and dinner will be served there. so we have between 18:00 and 23:00 for people to start migrating to the hotel, and not DoS the hotel elevators since the hacklabs will be at the top floors.
