No, but for the avoidance of any doubt, I have experience in analysing
such documents from a fiscal or budgeting point of view so "DPL approval"
would only really be a bureaucratic sign-off after a few amateurish
questions.
However, IIRC that Yao pinged some people a few days ago (?) so I was
assuming we were either waiting on that, or at the very least waiting
for Yao to timeout on those & get back to me with a canonical revision.
(Balls, courts, etc.)
