Hi Chris, During the last DebConf team meeting[1], it was agreed that the bursaries budget should be increased by 15k USD (allowing us to grant bursaries to ~15 more people by current numbers[2]).

Once you give the thumbs-up I'll be able to approve the grant for the higher ranked bursary applicants.
