Dear Professor Tseng, DebConf committee requested us to provide a contract to make sure the conference can be hold successfuly. Thus, we would like to ask if there is any contract template in NCTU for such scenario? We can just use those template if there is one. A contract for DebConf 16 that signed from Cape Town university is available in the attachment for your reference.
