Hi, luckily we've been able to find slots where all 12 people that have casted votes on the meeting dates and times are able to join.
This includes at least two members each of the two running bids for DC18. So, the DC18 bid evaluation meeting will take place Tue, 2017-01-24 15:00 - 16:30 UTC in #debconf-team on oftc (date -d "Tue, 2017-01-24 15:00 UTC" to convert to your local timezone) and the DC18 bid decision meeting on Wed, 2017-02-15 15:00 - 16:00 UTC also in #debconf-team on oftc. If you have any question towards the teams please either send them on the mailing list as some of you already did or bring them to the meeting two or three days from now depending on your timezone.
