Hi there Mehdi, I have updated the DC16 budget. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
1. One of the components for food + accommodation (that being the food part) was not included and overlooked, tumbleweed detected this and we went through everything with a fine comb. 2. I have also increased the video-team line item from 75k ZAR to 7k EUR. 3. I further itemized some items in the budget for clarity, mostly the roomboard + food. 4. We have done optimizations and cost cutting and this is the lowest we can bring it down.
