Hi all Our first local Silver sponsor is making us work very hard :) but I think this is an excellent opportunity to build partnerships and find out how best to interact with sponsors. Their main interest is the job fair, and they have some questions, that I would like your input on please:
1. Stand space - do we have set limits? 2. Finger food allowed? 3. Any general requirements? I have given some input - please see thread below. I am looking for good job fair space(s) on campus, as Leslie is not available. I hope to get access to the Molly Blackburn hall, as the Engineering foyer is a bit clunky, but I am still investigating that too. MB is close to the residence, and the Eng foyer is close to the conference venue. I have made these agenda items for the meeting, but if we can get a conversation going now, we can just summarise and conclude during the meeting. regards B ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Chris-Mari - Hetzner (Pty) Ltd <care...@hetzner.co.za> Date: Wed, Apr 20, 2016 at 10:46 AM Subject: Re: [rt.debconf.org #5438] Re: Hetzner involvement in the 17th Debian Developers Conference in Cape Town 2016: DebConf16 To: Bernelle Verster <bernel...@gmail.com> Hi Bernelle, Our Marketing department has today met with the branding company that is going to help with the branding of our stand. According to their feedback we will need something bigger. Would we be able to negotiate 6X3m stand space? Our space will be very tasteful and engaging and we are planning to give away good quality notebooks and pens at the stand. Looking forward to your reply.
