Hi Tammy This is specifically accessible to people with disabilities - mainly sight impaired and wheelchair access and transport (if required) to Snape. It is finding out how accessible the *existing* rooms are - not booking extra ones. If you want to ask Belinda and Neerasha to keep it simple, then please go ahead.
