Martin already asked a related more specific question, but from both
bids:
It would be really useful to see an overall estimate of how much you
think the main local costs might be, for at least venue (+ security +
cleaning) + accommodation + food.
It would be good to use the same attendee numbers in all cases to make
comparisons easier, e.g. 350 attending (ignoring open day people) with
200 of those taking DebConf-paid accommodation.
