Hi, On your bid page, you specify that we'd need external catering, which is TBD.
Have you obtained some preliminary quotes? How much would it cost per person to cater three meals a day to ~400 people, or however many you expect? Will external caterers be able to accomodate dietary preferences and restrictions, such as tolerances? How would they ensure that we don't run out of e.g. vegetarian options (meat eaters also sometimes opt for non-meat…)?
