Ladies and Gentlemen,
we need 2-3 people from South Africa to volunteer as the DC16 VISA team.
Pretty please.
This need to be nationals of South Africa because this is about
understanding the local VISA regulations and issuing invitation letters
(where required) on behalf of DebConf.
You will get a DebConf phone number and access o the visa@ email alias
in this role.

has the info from the bidding process which needs a double-check and
updating were links are broken now etc.
Templates for visa invitation letters are in git and can be recycled for
DC16.
This is all-in-all not too much work but needs dependable people as you
process confidential personal information and work closely with
bursaries and the DC16 lead.
Expenses (e.g. for mailing invitation letters) will be reimbursed.
