I don't have any problem with all that's proposed as long as it's up
to the BoF organisers to opt against video streaming/live
participation.

However, I do disagree with this quoted point of view. Live
participation and minutes are two separate things, and minutes of
a meeting where decisions are made or plans hatched have more
posterity and will help people who aren't available to participate
live. Minutes also help document steps and progress whereas live
streaming is ephemeral.
