1. How many bag inserts do you require?
We will provide 500 bags as we expect close to 500 attendees. So best
would be to have 500 of each of the items you wish to place into the
conference bags.
2. What is the deadline for shipping?
We can only accept shipments on-site from August 1st as there are other
events onsite before ours and shipments may get refused or lost otherwise.
So please make shipping arrangements for your material to arrive in the
week of August 3rd to 7th where possible.

Please mark every box with either "Conference bags", so we will know to
open them, or with "For Mr./Ms. X", so we will know to keep them closed.
Ideally, mark them with large letters on the side and the top.
4. What is the deadline to submit a job posting for the job wall?
You can bring print-outs (A4) on Saturday August 15th and that will
still be fine.
But ideally we'd like to have the job wall prepared the week before the
open weekend. So if you want us to place your job offers for maximum
exposure please send them by August 8th latest.
