I was recently searching for infomration about DebConf15, because it is in Germany this year and I'm also from Germany, therefore I'd really like to attend it. While I was doing this, I stumbled across the "Contribute"-page and saw you're still searching for members for the website team. To get this right out of the way: I have never participated in any bigger / commercial website project. However, I do have decent experience with HTML / CSS / JS, some PHP / Perl and web servers (especially Nginx). I was one of the three contributers to out schools local news paper ( http://abi.gloxx.com/ , german content ). It is not the prettiest thing ever, but that was never the aim. It brought us a long way for our magazine. In general, I have been using a diversity of web techonologies for about 3-4 years now and I'm very interested in learning even more about it. I think this enviroment would be perfect for that. Please let me know if you are interested in a new team member.
