Here is our status update since last meeting: * Got precise food prices (including taxes) * Got precise prices for venue with different scenarios regarding security price/hours * Visit to venue and residence, pictures added to the wiki * Confirmed flexibility regarding meals amount with the cafeteria * Got prices and other info on renting the bar which is in the basement of the venue * Tried to get detailed info about networking at McGill, with no much success so far * Got precise dates possibilies for the conference * Updated people capacity and venue details for backup plan UQAM
