I also sent an initial email with details about what's the work expected, our goal to make a decision by the next weekend. As of now, the amount of sponsorship requested is greater than the allocated budget, so we will have to draw a line. :-( More numbers and details as the team progresses and we make sure all the info is correct/accurate.
