Looking at past reports where I can spot the number quickly:
DC8 $40k USD ~= 38k CHF (at current rates)
DC11 $35k EUR ~= 44k CHF (at current rates)
DC12 planned $30k USD ~= 28k CHF (at current rates)
DC12 actual $17k USD ~= 16k CHF (at current rates)
Note that DC12 had a fairly low number of attendees. I would suggest
we aim for the DC11 number or higher.
The DC11 number was "about 75% more" than 25k, so it seems that we
should be increasing the DC13 budget figure now that we have money
available from fundraising.
