Hi Meeting organization proved to be very difficult in the last months. Mostly because we are a quite big team of very busy people. Partly because we tried to be (too) fancy to suit everyone. During the last meeting and in various discussions before we agreed that a common day and time for the meeting is better than organizing every meeting ad-hoc to try to maximize attendance.

We all know that our schedules are not exactly the same each week, but if we know the day of the next meeting well in advance, it's easier to keep that day free.
