This is a reminder to please fill in your availability for the
DebConf14 venue decision meeting, if you hope to attend it.

Despite the poll name, everyone is invited to attend and participate in
the meeting (though parts will follow a formal process rather than being
general discussion).
Also, before the meeting, bid teams should make sure that they have
answers ready for:
- A description of how their bid meets each of the points on the
priority list https://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/PriorityList
- A description of the weak points in their own bids
- A description of the strong points in other bids.

).
These should be short answers, not essays -- see previous years'
decision meetings for examples.
We would prefer for teams to post these to the wiki and mailing list in
advance of the decision meeting.
