OUCH. If we are to hold a installfest at DebianDay, I have the right day to invite all DebConf attendees to take as an additional daytrip :) Seriously. Installfests are nightmares, require lots of resources, and although they are nice overall... they drain too much energy. We can focus in giving talks with interesting material.
