Hi,
we (adnan, moray and me) will try hard to attend the meeting tonight. however,
me might not manage due to local foo.
please, do hold the meeting even if we shouldnt attend. talks selection,
travel sponsoring decission, tshirt designs and other question can very well
be discussed without us.
that said, it's quite likely we'll make it. but in case we dont, please meet
and work through the agenda.
