Nope, bad call :) As the decision has been taken by the DebConf Team, I
believe you should ask *them* to provide that letter, not me. Once the
letter is ready, I'll have no problem in adding my signature to it
(after having read it, obviously).

PS I'm a bit worried about the fact that the DebConf11 organizers don't
seem to be very active in the DebConf10 organization (or at least so
it seems from -team list archive, meeting minutes, etc.) I'm sure
you're aware that that is a typical pre-requisite for organizing
DebConfX+1. Is there any specific reason? Don't make me worry :-)
