Hi, On http://media.debconf.org/dc9/paper-bag/face.pdf and http://media.debconf.org/dc9/paper-bag/back.pdf you can see the proposed design for the paper bags. Nothing revolutionary, DebConf9 logo on one side, official Debian logo on the other.
