Hi! We had a meeting today with the Travel Sponsorship team (code named "herb"), in which we sorted out the travel sponsorship requests.
After 80 minutes of meeting, we came up with a list of 35 people that will be receiving a mail today, stating that we can sponsor their travel fares. This comes from the 15k € allotted for travel by the budget team. We also have a sorted list of 26 people that we would like to sponsor, but we'd need 10k€ extra in order to do that. So this depends on more money coming in and getting allotted to travel.
