Ushant island bike type?

Hi,

Anyone know what sort of bikes we'll be hiring for the day trip to 
Ushant, please? Particularly, will they have a pannier rack?

I ask because I'd naturally bring a pannier, but if the hire bikes don't 
have a rack for one then I should bring a different sort of bag :)
