Disabled parking at the venue?

Hey all,

I'll be driving to DebConf with Andy Cater (in CC), and we're planning
on staying in the dorms at the venue. He's going to need ready access
for his wheelchair, and he has a UK disabled badge. Just wanting to
check - is there disabled parking at the venue and will we be able to
use it?
