Those who have not heard yet are still in the queue. We're working on
getting more food and accommodation bursaries to provide (we only had
roughly 100 of each). As soon as we're able, we'll process the second
batch.
Debconf Brest is about six weeks ahead. Trains become more booked and
booked¹, Cheaper tickets are non-refundable. People might be forced to
accept significant cost only to leave train tickets unused when one
decides not to come to debconf without a accomodation and/or food
bursary.
Is this going forward at all or should we who have not received a
bursary ACK by now that we're not going to get any?
