The school restaurant provides lunchs on July 7th to 11th, 15th, 17th and 18th and is pretty flexible: 1 or 2 days in advance is ok, as long as a reasonable amount of people change their minds. For breakfasts (not brunches), I expect the same flexibility, as we’ll be dealing with local bakeries. For the other meals, I would expect a 1- or 2-week notice to be the maximum our caterers could accept. > Is it really now or never (as the form suggests)? You can pay everything but food now and have quite some time to decide for food later, but unfortunately only the school restaurant is able to handle last-minute changes. You could still get some food at the mall, 8-ish minutes of bus away from the venue, though. Ben
