FWIW the catering will be handlded by a professional restaurant with a nutricionist on staff. They will be provided with an estimate of meals/day, and plan accordingly (just like they do over the entire year for the university itself). so, we won't need to handle this level of detail, i.e. knowing exactly how many meals we will need.
