This is a tricky question, because the actual day to day temperature and humidity inside depend in part by the outdoor conditions, as well as the number of people at the venue. But your concern is warranted and everyone should indeed bring along a set of warmer clothes in case the temperature falls below comfort level. With that said, we had a meeting last week, the venue was virtually empty, and we were absolutely fine with shoes, shorts and a t-shirt.
