Hi Desilu, I'm not totally versed in the local cheese scene (I just arrived here :D), but I'm sure this will get better over time.
We went on a trip to Honingklip Brewery[1] in Botrivier yesterday, and they had some smoked cheese options that we bought for the party. However, those are now in a refrigerator we don't have access to, so I am unable to tell you what was the exact source (it was very good though!).
