Hi, Unfortunately after the hike my left knee started to hurt really bad. If you have any local pain reliever (like a gel containing diclofenac) that I can borrow please tell me. I would really appreciate it.
I do not expect any nearby pharmacy open (the one we passed with the bus in the center was already closed).
