Here, not so much / depending how it's done: we should explain to and remind attendees and photographs by using signs, yes. But we shouldn't give the speakers the option to change the modus of their recording (A, V, AV, none) in the last minute. This should be in advance (among other reasons: for the videoteam to plan their shifts), also because it could have an effect on scheduling. (And then of course speakers will be able to change their mind last minute, but this should be an exception, and the possibilty to do so doesnt have to be announced as wildly...it should be in the fine print though.) cheers, Holger
