Sure, we can consider them .. for Debconf 14! The discussion and decision
about a location and team to organise Debconf 13 has long passed. It is
over. What you are doing now is NOT helping anyone, it is only further
undermining the efforts and motivation of people that are actually trying
to organise Debconf 13.
If you want to try your hand at it - get in line for the next one.
