Arrival time of your flight should be enough. There are not so much
flights. (but put "plane" instead of "UFO", "none", etc.)
That option is restricted to admin users (the plane/UFO/whatever one, not the
arrival time).
Ah.. this is a bug. IIRC people wrote about coming to DebConf8 *swimming*.
So the surest method to get the shuttle is: add you to the coordination
page in the wiki (if data is public) or write to registrat...@debconf.org)
