Hi,
we were able to find an additional room for BOFs with the following
features:
- Very cute with a large table and comfortable chairs around it.
- No projector so the person who runs the event can have some
training in expressing without projection
- Accessible (for sure)
- No video coverage
- Currently not occupied by scheduled slots
The room is called Meeting Room. If you would like to reserve this room
for an event the procedure is
1. Register a new event in penta (if you dont have yet)
2. Pick a free slot in the schedule (as said above currently
every slot is free)
3. Send an e-mail to ta...@debian.org to request this free
slot
4. The requests are handled at a first comes first served
basis based on the time stamp of this e-mail
