People are funny about feet. I've never understood why the bottoms of
shoes are any more hygenic than the bottoms of feet. In fact the feet
are less likely to be carrying significant amounts of dogshit. 

One wonders what the logic (if any) behind the above stipulation is?
Are they worried about the food catching verrucas?

(I used to habitually have bare feet, and very occaisionally was
refused entry to places).
