Is there anywhere/thing which you would recommend as a good landmark for
meeting others in or around the airport?

A bunch of us who are arriving within an hour or so of each other are

together so it would be useful to have some easily recognisable spot to
converge on (bonus points if it is a cafe or similar for the benefit of
those arriving first ;-)).

The time spent on any item of the agenda [of a finance committee] will be
in inverse proportion to the sum involved.
