Hi, Just a quick note, very important if you asked for travel sponsorship: "Review your data, specially the amount of money you asked".
The sponsorship allocation team is currently reviewing the requests for travel sponsorship. We are doing out best to have news ASAP. Since the request were made between 2-3 months ago, some people asked a random amount that in some cases is a bit high. Please, review the amount you asked to see if you can lower that. If you change it, please let's us to know mailing to herb AT debconf DOT org . Do not forget to mail us or we won't notice. You are also invited to file the "what you do in Debian?" field, if you did not, but we can not guarantee we'll read that since we do not have any way to notice when those updates are done.
