2.6.26.2 is broken on anything using passive thermal control (like the X60).

Apparently the patch didn't make it for 2.6.26.3 for some reason (like
people forgetting to send it to [EMAIL PROTECTED])...

And good luck.  There are various weirdnesses in 2.6.27-rc (and possibly
2.6.26) on the ACPI EC interface, and they are likely to at least annoy the
thinkpads a little, especially if Linux ever decides to enter "EC polling
mode".  I have seen patches going around, but nothing definite yet.
