Ok, so today I got both menus, normal and vegetarian, so yoiu all know
what you are facing :)

NORMAL MENU

Lunch

- Green salad
- Count cream (whatever that means ;-)
- "Salpicón de res" (a salad-like dish with beef, very refreshing)
  with white rice
- Vainilla flan
- Flavored and natural water
- Bread or tortillas
- Salsas, lemons
- Coffee or tea

Dinner

- Corn cream
- Chicken breast
- Rice with milk (sweet, tasty dessert :) )
- Flavored and natural water
- Bread or tortillas
- Salsas, lemons
- Coffee or tea

VEGETARIAN MENU

Lunch

- Jicama, orange and cucumber salad
- Potato soup
- Chile (Poblano, not hot) filled with texturized soy with tomato
- Beans
- Lemon ice cream (water-based)
- Flavored and natural water
- Bread or tortillas
- Salsas, lemons
- Coffee or tea

Dinner

- Potato and vegetables croquettes [1]
- Pasta
- Cabbage "tinga" (tinga is usually made of chicken or beef, cooked
  together with fried onion and tomato) with yellow rice and carrot
- Guavas
- Flavored and natural water
- Bread or tortillas
- Salsas, lemons
- Coffee or tea
