Hi Matt,

I'm not sure if Damog answered you (we were talking a bit on IRC
yesterday about your case)... So I go to the point:

- Centro Vacacional Oaxtepec is a _very_ large hotel complex. If you
want to get a private room for your own, you can do so at ~USD40 a
night - Or you can (probably, this is still not official) pay us 1/4
of that fee and be lodged with other people.
- There are also many hotels around CVO, which I suspect will be
cheaper... But I really recommend you to stay with the rest of us.
- Population? No idea... But outside of the hotels, Oaxtepec is
basically village. I'm sure it doesn't reach 5000 people. Nearby
  Cuautla has ~150,000 people AFAIK.

Greetings,
