Dear all, The problem is resolved. Here is what I have done:
Upgraded the xcode, cmake and macOS then restarted the computer. ./candi.sh -j 8 --packages="hdf5 p4est trilinos dealii" However, ended with exit 2, which was different from the previous (exit 1).
