Thank you Chen, I had the same issue and had installed both 9.3.0 and 9.2.0 versions of dealii from the source. After seeing your comment gave a shot to 9.1.1 and the error was resolved and the installation of the PRISMS-plasticity was successful. I should mention that I was installing on CentOS 7 on a cluster (no root access). However, what I do not understand is that in the PRISMS-plasticity instructions, both ways of installing dealii (i.e. candi and compiling) are installing 9.2.0 version which was unsuccessful for me in several attempts.
