There isn't anything immediately that produces mesh quality measures, but all
of the pieces are there. Specifically, there are
cell->volume()
cell->diameter()
cell->minimal_edge_length() (I think)
and similar primitives that are typically used to define such measures.
But if you visualize with Visit, you get all of this for free: Among the
"Scalars" that you can visualize are a large number of mesh quality measures
you could use right away.
