Hi Wolfgang,

I still try to implement it. There is one point that I could not figure out 
until now. I need PETScWrappers::BlockSparseMatrix for the eigensolver and 
I don't know how to initialize these with the block information. I have two 
function spaces, FE_Nedelec<dim>(order-1) and FE_DGQ<dim>(order).
