Dear Anup, You'll probably just have to manually add entries to your ConstraintMatrix using add_line <https://www.dealii.org/developer/doxygen/deal.II/classConstraintMatrix.html#a24eb022f65797389badbb6d21da5b708> and set_inhomogeneity <https://www.dealii.org/developer/doxygen/deal.II/classConstraintMatrix.html#a2121ba9d256cbab8e6b8390fb89dda74> in order to do this.
