and I do not want to apply constraints in setup_system step but later. So I
need to pass fist two arguments and the last one as well but avoid passing the
third and fourth arguments.I got syntax error when I just write it in this way:

Yes, it is not correct C++ syntax to just omit arguments you don't like :-)
My question would be why you want to not apply constraints in setup_system?
