I am using the KellyEstimator as an 'indicator' for simple hp-adaptive
problems. I read the documentation that for hp cases, CF = hF/2PF is
considered. I would like to know if this has been published somewhere
which I can refer. In addition, I am looking for a reference where
it is
discussed that the KellyEstimator works well as an indicator for a wide
variety of problems.
Incidentally, if you want to know *why* this is actually works as a good
criterion for many problems, you may be interested in the new lectures
