You can try copy dbmail.conf to dbmail.conf_lmtp2
cp /etc/dbmail.conf /etc/dbmail.conf_lmtp
change option "port" in [LMTP] section.
vim /etc/dbmail.conf_lmtp2
run second dbmail-lmtpd with alternative config
dbmail-lmtpd -f /etc/dbmail.conf_lmtp2
And try change postfix configuration for use second lmtp port.
